The procurement observatory is the primary focus of the platform. EU accession Chapter 5 creates institutional pressure for procurement transparency.

Platform Architecture

g0v.mk is not a collection of separate tools. Each application shares:

  • A common trust model — freshness, confidence, and provenance on every data point
  • A standard finding schema — structured, citable, versionable public-interest claims
  • A shared evidence drawer — every claim inspectable through a seven-level claim ladder
  • Common editorial language — confidence-gated wording that matches certainty level
  • The same export contract — CSV, PNG, and evidence pack exports on every view
